I now work part-time for OpenMoko. I'll be helping with Developer Relations and being an OpenMoko evangelist in general. It will be my job to answer all developer questions on the mailing list, wiki, and forums, in order to reduce the load on the OpenMoko engineers. I will also represent OpenMoko as needed at user groups, conferences, and meetings.

I've been involved in the OpenMoko community for about a year. My background is in hardware, Linux, and microcontrollers. The world of cellphones (GSM, GPS, etc.) is pretty new to me, but hardware and drivers and new products is very familiar. My interests include using the OpenMoko framework and platforms as a controller or UI for a variety of electronic devices.
