Most of the main pages - Main Page, FAQ, wishlist, ... are already too long, which can tend to put people off, or miss things. Unless it is vitally important to peoples understanding, and there is no sub-page where it would be fit, things should not be there. Work is already underway to better link, and shrink these pages, so they can be easier to read. Guesses as to shipping costs, when you don't know the source destinations, if FIC may subsidise it, are certainly not on topic on the main page.
