When working at his/her laptop, an openmoko owner will use a USB connector to recharge the phone. If the user also has a VoIP softphone running on the PC, the Headset Emulator would allow the use of the openmoko phone with the softphone, thus eliminating the need for a headset. This headset emulator should also allow a BlueTooth connection with the PC.
