Overview

The Toolbar provides a holder for commonly used actions and features for the application.

Usage Cases

• Commonly used in Native Stylus-Based applications.

Appearance & Interaction

• 1) Search -- Searches navigation related information. Details are specified in the Search widget. This is optional, but highly recommended.
• 2) Action 1-4 -- Buttons that perform actions. Details are specified in the Action Button Widget. The number of buttons is defined by the application.
• 3) Window Resizer -- Resizes the viewable region of the Navigation Area .

Constraints

• Should not contain more than 5 (i.e. 1 Search and 4 Action Button) widgets.

Architectural Details

• The Search Button is optional.

Unresolved Issues

• Search Button Position will need to be changed (left/right is cumbersome, better keep it left in both collapsed and expanded mode)
