This is a brief list of some openmoko related stuff I have for sale at the moment. Buying helps to support my dev work. Payment would usually be via paypal.

• Screen protectors $5 shipped worldwide.
  • These are silicone gel backed protectors, that are installed by removing the FreeRunner/GTA01 case (easy) and placing the protector over the LCD. This means there is no unprotected screen area.

• • They protect the underlying screen from scratching completely, and are scratch resistant, though not scratchproof.

• • They can be easily removed leaving no marks.
  • The silicone gel layer means that there is no air-gap between the screen and the back of the protector, which can cause blurring or glare.
  • They are completely transparent, and do not affect the use of the touchscreen.

• 3 10pF 0402 capacitors, shipped free worldwide for $5

GPS Problems? I can also provide within the UK a service to add a 10pF capacitor to your FreeRunner, as illustrated in Image:Gta02 gps 10pf rework sop.pdf for 15 pounds, including fully insured signed-for delivery back to you.

Procedure:

• Open freerunner case.
• Add no-clean to appropriate pin ends of microSD socket.
• Place capacitor.
• Reflow with temperature controlled soldering iron under magnification.
• Visually verify capacitor installation with microscope
• Electrically verify with test equipment capacitor properly installed.
• Test GPS performance.
• Return FreeRunner to you insured appropriately.
