3D7K (previously known as GTA03) was the codename of a phone that was in development by Openmoko. The development of this phone was cancelled.
The 3D7K would have been based on a more advanced system-on-a-chip of same family as the Neo FreeRunner (GTA02). It would have differed from it by having EDGE and a camera. 3D7K would not include support for 3G networks because of the high price of 3G chips for low volume phones [1].

3D7K Specifications
The 3D7K introduced several major hardware changes from GTA02 :

- New GSM chip: Cinterion, (Siemens) MC75i
- 2.75G / EDGE
- Quad-Band (850/900/1800/1900 MHz)
- New WiFi/Bluetooth chip: Marvell 88W8688 - Update (2009-01-23): currently removed
- Different Battery (Wishlist/LiFePO4 Battery based? - for long life?)
- Camera: Samsung S5K CCM camera (S5K4BA - UXGA: 2 Megapixel info) some S5K datasheets
- SoC: s3c6410
- includes Samsungs own 3D accelerator
- 533/667MHz operating frequency
- Vector Floating-Point (VFP) coprocessor
- GPS: ANTARIS 5
- Display: TPO LPJ028T007A 2.8" LCM
- Touchscreen: EETI PCAP7200 capacitive touch device driver.
