DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) is a standard for landline mobile phones. To call over landline is much advantageous then over GSM, because the price is lower. DECT is a very interesting possibility for the Openmoko. With DECT mobile phones prevails a market gap, which could fill Openmoko. The OpenMoko may could use CAT-iq.
