Moved the camera stuff to another page, where it's more appropriate.

Part of the reason for doing this is that people need to be able to see proposed features relatively quickly. If only because if they don't see the feature they want, they add it again, even if it's there already.

For example, you don't really want a liquid lens on the camera, you want a camera. Yes, a liquid lens may be an option for it - but that, along with how it might be connected is probably more appropriate in a sub-page.

I've moved the C-mount/... stuff to the Wishlist - Hardware - Novel Devices page, as they are not a good fit with a conventional phone, but might be a nice option for different devices.
