I am a mechanical/structural engineer and draughtsman with 3D modelling experience.

I currently live in Auckland, New Zealand

Within the OpenMoko project, I am involved with the design of alternate cases for the Neo1973, to provide extra/extended functionality

I am also examining the possibility of building a modular phone, possibly based on gumstix modules, in part with info from pages at the Home Brew Mobile Phone Club.

Also of interest to me, are the Compulab modules, particularly following the issues with the now-tri-band-neo
