I have worked on routing in ad-hoc networks (more precisely, modifications on the olsr-inria routing protocol to ensure the best possible QOS according to several metrics) at France Telecom, Orange Labs and I am most interested by this device, whose qualities seem especially interesting for field work such as egyptology in sandy Egypt.
