Revision as of 09:17, 8 September 2008

I have added the navigation templates on this page, but eventually we need have several different pages to explain our templates system. Templates is not a category in itself it's a namespace, but there are different categories of templates:

  • Text shortcuts (i.e. Stub, Wishlist)
  • Article message boxes (ToDo, Editing...)
  • Navigation templates (linking key pages related to the same distribution, or the timeline)
  • Infobox templates (for applications: which distro, which version, homepage...)

I would say that for now, we should rather prefix template names rather than categorize them. MinhHaDuong 08:12, 8 September 2008 (UTC)
