Yes, apparently the EFL are going to be used. Some video demos (ex kinetic scrolling) are around and seem to be made using EFL's, but nothing official. EDIT: i was wrong, kinetic scrolling only relies on GTK+Cairo --[[User:fthiery|flo]]
