Add the news in this page, and from time to time we will issue a community update.

Distributions

  • Qi, the next bootloader, recently got resume support. Testing shows it is much faster than uboot.
  • Openmoko's engineering team met for a 3 weeks workshop in Taipei, they decided to focus back on the basics, that is leave the Installer, Locations, Diversity and Settings applications alone for a while.
  • Daily SHR image builds are online, no release yet but available for testing.
  • New FDOM promised this week ?.
  • Rasterman's October 11th images (source). This is not a full distribution, rather a display of illume's current state.
