I've started this document as starting point for creating an organization for the Openmoko community. These are just ideas at this point, and I won't take any offence to anyone criticizing or changing it substantially. As I haven't been very actively involved in the community up to this point I especially don't want to step on anyone's toes. I just want to help kickstart the organizing effort.
