These are some of the action available in "neod" the old OM2007.2 device daemon, now improved and maintained in Hackable:1, neod may be easily patched to support FSO framework, but uses EWMH to drive the window manager, that's not compatible with E17/Illume. Fortunately illume may bind key shortcuts to show the "system dialog", able to shutdow, suspend, lock the device and close the current application or trigger a lot of other actions.
