Missing 'qemu' target
The Makefile downloaded from http://www.rwhitby.net/files/openmoko/Makefile doesn't contain the "qemu" target, nor does it do anything when just calling "make".

Build failure
On Kubuntu 9.04 "make qemu" fails with:
